As the President of the Halliday Group Companies, John Halliday has been the visionary who created the multi-faceted commercial real-estate enterprise. He is responsible for the overall development, administration and strategic planning of the Halliday Group Companies, which include daily administration of sales, leasing, marketing, asset and property management, development and construction management services and personal asset management of third party investor and institutional owners, as well as receivership, workout and deposition strategies for under-performing assets of clients, such as Chase Bank, Jay Equities, John Hancock, Regent Bank, Security Bank, Sentinel Real Estate, SONY, Tenneco, and Westinghouse.  Corporate experience includes President of Deutsch/Ireland Realty and Management Corporation and Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Deutsch/Ireland Companies, working on the development of such notable projects as the 562-acre Quantum Corporate Park (Boynton Beach), The Fashion Mall at Plantation, and the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.  John also spent 5 years as Vice President of Stiles-Lehrer / Lehrer & Company.

His expertise was shared during his tenure as the President of NAIOP’s South Florida Chapter and President of CIREBA (Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association).  John has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Fordham University.  He attended the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) industrial real estate courses and Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, where he became a Certified Commercial Investment Member.  His license and credentials include the Florida Real Estate License since 1981, Real Broker License since 1984, and the State of Florida Mortgage Broker license in 1990.
