As Vice President of Halliday Group Realty Advisors, Inc., JC is responsible for handling/coordinating the majority of the sales and leasing assignments that are received, including all of the advertising design, marketing planning and distribution, and contract/lease negotiations. He is also experienced in handling bank OREO assets, having successfully done work for financial institutions such as Security Bank, Regent Bank, and Stonegate Bank. JC started with the Halliday Group Companies in 2008 working as a Property Manager for Halliday Group Realty Management, Inc. That position has provided JC a level of knowledge regarding the operations of commercial properties greater than that of the average broker.
JC received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida in 2007, where also he acted as Vice-President, Treasurer and Recorder for his fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon. He is a member of the South Florida Office Broker’s Association (SFOBA), Emerge Broward, Miami Association of Realtors (MAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Florida Association of Realtors (FAR). His license and credentials include the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate’s License since 2006 and the Florida Real Estate Broker’s License since 2016.
