A 6,700+ SF industrial building has been sold in the Fort Lauderdale Northwest/Progresso CRA, just west of the rapidly growing Flagler Village neighborhood.  Located at 724 NW 6th Avenue, the property had been owned by the same owner for decades, and was primarily used as an auto repair shop.  It ended up trading for $750,000 ($110.88/psf).
