Halliday Group Realty Advisors, Inc. has successfully completed the sale of 8 individual industrial condominiums, located at 2701 NE 4th Avenue in Pompano Beach, FL.  The units were sold two 4 different buyers, with intentions for owner/user and investments purposes.  Originally an REO property that was a part of a failed large-scale development project, the 8-bay warehouse was converted to a condominium to enable each unit to be sold off individually.  The units sold for betwen $90-$100 per square foot.

Halliday Group Realty Advisors, Inc. represented the Seller in all transactions and handled all of the code enforcement and renovation responsibilities for the property.
