The successful sale of two office properties, and its adjacent parking area, was completed in the Croissant Park neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. An area primarily known for converted houses occupied by attorneys, medical professionals, and other sole practitioners, both of the buildings had previously been occupied by an addiction treatment center. The properties traded for $1,025,000 ($326.02/psf) with the new owners purchasing the portfolio as income properties.
