Halliday Group Realty Advisors, Inc. is pleased to annouce that we have successfully sold the 3-building office plaza located at 900-930 NW 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 for $1,500,000 ($65.66/psf). The property was a failed redevelopment project which Regent Bank, the lender on the project, received back.
HGRA sister company, Halliday Group Realty Management, Inc., handled finishing all of the major exterior and interior repairs, the new construction management, completion of all open permits and closing of any code violations.
