The fourth floor of the SAAR Building, an attractive 4-story, 15,000 SF office condominium building located at 701 E. Commercial Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334, was sold for $875,000.
Felix Spatium Group LLC purchased the floor for the headquarters use of affiliate company Passage Health International LLC, a highly successful international medical billing firm. The 3,600 SF floor was previously owned by Lumberman’s Credit Association of Broward and was used as their headquarters since it’s initial purchase in 1997.
