Halliday Group Realty Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce another successful REO sale for Stonegate Bank. The 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was sold for $425,000 ($169.59), setting a new high for that market. In addition to handling the brokerage aspects, HGRA sister company Halliday Group Realty Management, Inc. handled all of the major exterior and interior repairs and renovations, closed all open code violations, and handled the asset management for the bank.
