Andrew J. Halliday

Andrew is a Fort Lauderdale native and was raised around the South Florida Commercial Real Estate market. He has been working with the Halliday Group Companies since 2010, beginning in Property Management where he became the lead Property Manager, tasked with running the day to day operations of the entire division. He later received his Florida Real Estate Sales Associates license and began working alongside his father and siblings in the Real Estate Advisory & Development divisions.  Andrew now runs Halliday Group Construction & Development, Inc.  Andrew is a member of the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Miami Association of Realtors (MAR), and is a licensed certified building contractor with the State of Florida.
